Palästinenser,  die  nach  Gaza  zurückkehren,  werden  regelmäßig  von  der  Hamas  über  ihre 
Aktivitäten in Israel, im Westjordanland und im Ausland verhört (USDOS 12.4.2022).
Der United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) spricht sich in seinen Leitlinien 
vom März 2022 mit Verweis auf die Menschenrechtslage und die weiter bestehende Volatilität 
gegen eine zwangsweise Rückkehr von Palästinensern nach Gaza aus (UNHCR 3.2022).
