 21. Rückkehr
Das Gesetz sieht Bewegungsfreiheit im Inland, für Auslandsreisen und für die Wiedereinreise vor.  
Die Regierung respektiert diese Rechte im Allgemeinen auch in der Praxis (USDOS 30.3.2021).
