It is our great honor to warmly welcome you as participants in the inaugural Moving MountAlns 
Weekend, taking place from October 2-5, 2025 in Seefeld, Austria. 
Important Note 
To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our esteemed participants, we kindly ask 
you to complete the registration form by September 19. This will enable us to finalize all travel 
coordination, shuttle services, and related arrangements well in advance. 
You will also find a link to the networking activities; it is important that you indicate your personal 
selection to help us with our planning.

For our young guests, we have organized a dedicated program throughout the weekend, including 
professional childcare and a varied mix of indoor and outdoor activities.

the Chatham House Rule.
